Infant Classrooms

Your child will feel right at home with a variety of infant toys and activities, including but not limited to bouncy seats, jumpers, sensory bottles, an infant sensory table, and so much more! Our teachers will follow parents lead and work toward rolling, sitting, crawling, pulling up, cruising, standing independently, and even walking. Along with working on large motor milestones, our teachers also strive to help our students get ready for their next classroom and age group by helping introduce sippy cups and table food to your child (when they are ready, of course)! We are puree and baby led weaning friendly, just ask our skilled staff how best to go about introducing these fun, exciting foods!

Our infant rooms are more than a place to eat, drink, and sleep; they are a place of learning and growing through natural play, teacher-led sensory experiences, and careful guidance. Our teachers genuinely love each of the babies they care for like their own. Our teachers follow you and babies schedule, allowing each student to feed, sleep, and play in their own time, following a more “baby-led” daily structure to accommodate your child’s needs. You will find our teachers are specific and intentional in the day-to-day operations of their classroom to keep their students happy and safe.

Future Foundations provides the following to its infants: 

• Burp Cloths
• Bibs
• Cribs
• Wash Cloths
• A room full of developmentally appropriate equipment.

Future Foundations is breastmilk friendly. All our classrooms are equipped with refrigerators and freezers to properly store breastmilk for infants’ consumption throughout the day as well as store spare milk in case of emergencies. We also follow recommended Safe Sleep regulations and are proud to say that our staff is 100% Safe Sleep certified.
